The use of manure cleaning equipment is a crucial component of modern livestock farming. It serves as key infrastructure for establishing biosecurity systems and enhancing breeding efficiency, going far beyond simple "waste disposal." Automated equipment can operate continuously 24/7 or on a timed schedule, ensuring consistent frequency and thoroughness of cleaning while avoiding the omissions or delays that may occur with manual operations.
The manure removal system, as part of the cage-based broiler house, is located in the manure gutter beneath the drive end and in the outdoor manure pit. Its primary function is to transfer chicken manure—delivered by the manure conveyor belt—via transverse and inclined manure removal mechanisms onto an outdoor manure collection vehicle, enabling fast, convenient, and efficient cleaning of manure from the indoor cage equipment.
Maximum single-section horizontal conveying distance can reach up to 25 meters.
Conveying capacity can reach up to 60 m³/h.
Hot-dip galvanized frame, aluminum-zinc-magnesium-coated side panels, and zinc-nickel alloy standard fasteners (passing 1,000-hour salt spray test).
Low-temperature-resistant rubber belts available upon request.
Welded main frame for high structural strength.
Upper section features a seamless design without overlapping plates, eliminating residue buildup from overlapping joints.
